WELCOME TO OKIE BRITTLE THE WORLDS GREATEST PEANUT BRITTLE

How To Take Care Of Your
OKIE BRITTLE

In case you didn't immediately gobble up your entire package of peanut brittle, here are some super easy instructions on how to ensure that it stays as fresh as possible, for as long as possible.

1.  Keep the air-tight bag you purchased completely sealed.  OR you can immediately transfer the content of the entire bag into an air-tight container (such as a Tupperware container, etc.).

*If you are in a humid environment (over 50% humidity) and are serving our peanut brittle at a party, keep it in an airtight container.  Otherwise, you can place it out on a platter for several hours -as long as there is no moisture in the air.

2. Do not refrigerate. This is a 100% dairy free product. It does not need to be refrigerated. Refrigeration will cause your brittle to sweat and become sticky.

3. Store at room temperature with the lid on tight.

4. Eat a little bit at a time. Seal the bag or lid tightly!

5.  If you find yourself lacking self-control, it's okay!

FREEZE INSTRUCTIONS

MAXIMUM FREEZING TIME : 3 Months

Place peanut brittle in freezer safe airtight bag (like the bag you purchased it in) or airtight container for up to 3 months.

One day prior to the day you wish you eat the brittle, take it out of the freezer and place on a cabinet -at room temperature.

DO NOT REFRIGERATE!
Do not take this out of the freezer and put it in the refrigerator.
It must go from the freezer directly to room temperature, and stay at room temperature at all times after, until wholly consumed.
