Dairy allergy? NO problem. We don't use any butter (nor any butter supplement). If you have a dairy allergy you are safe to eat Okie Brittle!

The benefit of zero butter brittle also means that it is cholesterol free!
No Dyes-No Preservatives
We do not use any dyes or preservatives in our peanut brittle! Because there is no dairy in it it does not need to be refrigerated. The shelf life is approximately 3-4 months (at room temperature).
Protein-YES, protein!
Raw Spanish Peanuts have a surprisingly high protein content. In fact, Raw Spanish Peanuts have the highest concentration of protein than any other nut (although technically peanuts aren't a "nut" it's legume. We ensure there are at least 14 grams of protein in each of our 1/2 pound bags.
LOWEST CALORIE PER BAG
The advantage of a "whipped" brittle (which is the only kind we make) is that we don't need to use as much sugar as those who stretch it out and lay it on a slab to harden. Okie brittle has approximately 3/4 the sugar as a typical peanut brittle recipe. And, whipped brittle will remain light, airy and crunchy for months (as long as you keep it out of the humidity).
NO CROSS CONTAMINATED KITCHENS
We don't make anything BUT peanut brittle- with Raw Spanish Peanuts. So as long as you're not allergic to peanuts, you're safe with us!
