KEEPING YOUR BRITTLE FRESH!
Super easy instructions on how to ensure that it stays super fresh for as long as possible.
1. Keep the air-tight bag completely sealed. You can transfer to an air-tight container, like a Tupperware. Take a few pieces out to consume, and make sure the rest of the bag is sealed.
2. Keep out of humidity.
If you're in a humid environment, make sure your brittle package stays sealed!
If you're having a party and serving Okie Brittle, and the humidity in your area is over 40%, you must keep it in an air-tight container so it stays out of the humidity.
3. Do not refrigerate. Unlike every other peanut brittle on the market, we do not use butter. This is a 100% dairy free product. It does not need to be refrigerated. Refrigeration will cause your brittle to sweat and become sticky.
4. Store at room temperature with the lid on tight.

5. Freeze it up to 6 months. Take it out of the freezer and let it thaw out for a few hours at room temperature. It will shock you how well this brittle freezes-you'd never know it's been frozen!
