It will stay fresh for 8-10 weeks in one of our air-tight bags OR you can freeze it up to 3 months - (allow 24-hours at room temperature to thaw).
You can also transfer it to an air-tight container (Tupperware). It just needs to stay out of the humidity!

First of all, we can't figure out why anyone would ever have any gluten in their peanut brittle? That sounds horrible. Secondly, we do not use any butter, nor any butter supplement. No butter. No other dairy. Nada. None. Not even a little.
That's why our brittle is so light and airy and crispy and delicious!
No unnecessary crap in it! It is a 100% vegan brittle.
